Uganda President Yoweri Museven speaking with Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra business delegation that visited Uganda on Thursday asked the delegation that "are you poor?".
Museven was asked that question went to Thai business man who said to be banker.
"I'm not interested in poor people because I already have enough of them here"
